Our Story

For years, students have struggled with connecting the theories of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) subjects. In part, this disconnect resulted from the way these subjects have been traditionally taught—conceptually and completely independent of each other, with an emphasis on memorization not comprehension.

Realizing the ineffectiveness of instructing students in subject silos and without real-world applications, In2it Learning’s founder, Ronnie Dasgupta, envisioned a powerful, alternative way of learning. He began designing classes for young learners that combined these subjects in an intuitive way, so that concepts from computer science could be used to solve advanced math and engineering problems. Ronnie then incorporated an interactive instruction method whereby students use hands-on applications to solve actual problems.

His initial classes were a success, demonstrating that effectively solving real problems builds students’ confidence and strengthens their critical thinking skills. With that foundation, kids are free to be creative—igniting their wildest STEM dreams and giving them the tools to make them a reality.
